Antique Sterling Silver Cigarette Holder

The silver portion is ornately engraved with flowers and scroll work. The silver section measures 1 3/4" long. The entire holder measures 3 5/8" long. There are teeth wear marks on the mouth piece. The side of the silver is marked 900, there is also a makers mark but it is worn and hard to read. It looks like it could be an oval with a cursive L and a star.
