Shipping:
I will be happy to combine shipping costs on multiple item purchases.

I strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible. I ship Monday - Friday usually within 24 hours of payment being received.

Please be assured that your packages over $10 are being insured.  The insurance is included in the total shipping cost during check out. I use USPS rates for insurance, $1.75 for the first $50.

Parcel Post customers, I do receive a small discount for printing Priority labels online. If the Priority price is the same as the price you paid for Parcel Post I will pass that discount on to you and ship the item Priority. I also ship FedEx, which is often has a faster delivery time than Parcel Post. If the FedEx price is the same but faster, I will ship your item FedEx.

Media mail can only be used to ship media items. Those items include Books and Video Discs. I can not ship non-media items through Media mail. Please note Media mail can be extremely slow especially when shipping across the country.

International buyers, customs and brokerage fees are not part of the shipping price. Check with your country's customs agency for fees.

Returns:
No hassle return policy. If you are not satisfied with the product please return it in it's original condition for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping is not refundable. Please contact within 7 days if you want to return.

Please do not return damaged merchandise, it voids insurance coverage. If merchandise is damaged in shipping please e-mail me. Save all packing materials and box if merchandise is received damaged.
