Goebel Hummel Congratulations #17 TMK #3

M.I. Hummel porcelain bisque figurine of a little holding a flower in a pot with a bird on top in on hand. In the other hand is a bugle. She stands 5 5/8" tall at the top of the bird. She still has the paper label on the back of the base, "Congratulations". The bottom is marked with trademark number 3, a stylized bee in a V with W. Germany below it. This mark was used from 1960 to 1972. Also impressed on the bottom is 17/0 and 62. The base has a little glaze crazing and some craze lines on her legs and neck. There is a small chip on the underside or the base.
