Fenton Purple Stretch Dolphin Loving Cup Levay Louise Piper

Very unusual one of a kind piece hand painted by artist Louise Piper. The glass itself is a hard to find piece. In 1981 Fenton made a deep purple line of stretch glass for Levay. This piece is the 2 dolphin handled loving cup. Louise Piper painted, signed and dated this piece 1-21-82. The subject matter is unusual as well compared to what Louise would normally paint. Each side has a snowy white egret standing in a marsh. It stands 5 1/2" tall and measures 4 1/2" across the rim. There are no chips or cracks.
