Fenton Milk Glass Hobnail Ash Tray.
Fenton marketed this piece as a multi use item. An ashtray, chip 'n dip bowl and candle bowl. Ware no. 3778 MI. The dish was first made in milk glass in 1971. It was in the line until 1989 and then reintroduced again in 1991. It measures 8 1/8" across and weighs an impressive 2 lbs 5 oz. The back is marked with the Fenton logo and a small 8 denoting that it was made in the 1980's. The glass is in great shape with no chips or cracks.
